Real Estate Investment

Many investors from outside the US are appreciating the exceptional value and potential for investing in US real estate. Not only can you take advantage of the low prices paid for commercial and residential real estate here, but the weak dollar screams out at you to invest.

The dollar is at a 26-year low against the British pound and at a record low against the Euro. An overseas investor therefore gains from currency fluctuations as well as the upside seen in any real estate investment.

The President Paul Hanks currently spends 2 weeks every month in the UK meeting clients and is always available to talk. If you want to contact him with questions, or you would like to speak with him on his next UK visit, please email phanks@us-pds.com.

At present, no visits are planned to Australia, but the intention is there if requested by interested colleagues.
